These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the online gaming platform operated under the brand name t2win, accessible at https://t2win.cam ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you ("User", "Player", "you") agree unconditionally to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of t2win, including visitors, registered members, and VIP-tier players. They operate in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gambling Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. t2win reserves the right to terminate your access at any time if you are found to be in breach of these Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

To register and maintain an Account on t2win, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. t2win applies a strict minimum age requirement of 21 for all casino-style gambling and sports betting activities. This limit is applied without exception.
2. You must be a natural person — corporate accounts are not permitted.
3. You must not be accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of t2win, or an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You must hold a valid Malaysian bank account, e-wallet account, or other accepted payment method in your own name for the purposes of deposits and withdrawals.
6. You must not have previously had an Account terminated or suspended for breach of these Terms.

To open an Account with t2win, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you will be required to provide at minimum: a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password, your date of birth, and your country of residence. All registration fields must be completed truthfully.

4.2 KYC Documentation

Before your first withdrawal, and in certain other circumstances at t2win's discretion, you will be required to complete a KYC verification by submitting:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of your registered address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days); and
• Confirmation of your payment method where required (e.g., screenshot of your linked e-wallet or online banking account).

4.3 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts may be suspended pending review. Any balances associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited. If you believe a duplicate account was created in error, contact support at [email protected] immediately.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. t2win will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your password. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

t2win supports the following Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, Hong Leong Connect, and direct bank transfers to selected Malaysian banks. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Withdrawal limits may differ from deposit limits and are subject to your Account's KYC verification status and VIP tier.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

t2win targets the following withdrawal processing windows, subject to system availability and banking partner processing times:

• E-Wallet (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Under 5 minutes for fully verified accounts.
• DuitNow / FPX Transfer: Approximately 5 to 15 minutes.
• Direct Bank Wire: 15 to 60 minutes, subject to bank operating hours.

Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Withdrawals may be held pending KYC verification or pending satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements.

t2win offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general rules set out in this section.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified clearly at the time each bonus is issued. Games may contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements.

6.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible, fully verified players only. t2win reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its absolute discretion, including restricting certain promotions by player tier, location, or deposit method.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus structures — including through the use of duplicate accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or any form of collusion — will result in immediate cancellation of the relevant bonus and may result in Account suspension. Decisions made by t2win in respect of bonus abuse investigations are final.

6.4 VIP and Loyalty Programme

The t2win Loyalty Programme operates across six tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Royal. Tier allocation and associated benefits are determined by monthly turnover on the Platform. Full details of the Loyalty Programme, including cashback rates and tier requirements, are available on the Platform. t2win reserves the right to adjust the Loyalty Programme structure with reasonable notice to affected players.

All bets placed on t2win are governed by the rules specific to each game or betting market, as displayed within the Platform. In the event of any inconsistency between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that particular game or market.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

t2win reserves the right to decline, limit, or cancel any bet at its discretion, including where a bet is placed on a market or game that has been offered in error, or where the Platform has reason to believe the bet has been placed in breach of these Terms.

7.2 Sports Betting Odds

Live odds across all sports betting markets — including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, Champions League, and UFC — are updated in real time. Odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds at which that bet will be settled, unless the bet is placed on a voided market.

7.3 Technical Faults

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or malfunction during a game session or bet placement, t2win will use its best endeavours to restore the session or bet to the state immediately prior to the fault. Where this is not possible, the affected transaction may be voided and any staked funds returned to your Account.

7.4 Integrity

t2win is committed to maintaining the integrity of its betting markets. Any Player found to be engaged in match-fixing, insider betting, or any other activity that compromises the integrity of a sporting event or game will have their Account terminated and any balances forfeited. Reports of integrity concerns will be cooperated with applicable authorities.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the t2win Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or Account credentials;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the Platform;
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its underlying systems;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or display faults for personal gain;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or financing of illegal activities through the Platform;
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory.

9.1 Suspension by t2win

t2win may suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) you are in breach of these Terms; (b) we are required to do so for regulatory or legal compliance reasons; (c) we have reason to suspect fraudulent activity; or (d) your Account has been inactive for an extended period as defined by our dormancy policy.

9.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting t2win support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds not yet converted through wagering) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable time, subject to KYC verification being complete.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period through the responsible gambling tools available on the Platform. Self-exclusion prevents access to the Platform for a defined period and may be set for durations including 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. All content on the t2win Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game interfaces, text, graphics, logos, icons, audio files, video content, and the overall design and layout — is the intellectual property of t2win or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform without express written permission from t2win.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, t2win shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of earnings, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from technical faults, service interruptions, or third-party network failures.

t2win's total aggregate liability to any individual User in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that User in the 12-month period immediately preceding the relevant claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or restrict any liability that cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable Malaysian law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death and personal injury caused by negligence.

t2win collects and processes personal data from registered Users in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected includes registration information, payment details, transaction records, game activity logs, and communication records. This data is used for account management, fraud prevention, KYC compliance, and improving the Platform experience.

t2win does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law. All data processing activities are conducted in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which t2win is registered and operating. Players based in Malaysia acknowledge that their use of the Platform is subject to the laws of Malaysia.

In the event of any dispute between you and t2win, you are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance to seek a resolution. t2win will endeavour to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through internal channels, t2win will advise on available escalation procedures.

Any formal legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant territory, unless agreed otherwise in writing by both parties.

t2win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, t2win will provide reasonable notice to registered Users through the email address on file or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
